THE NEED

THE NEED

The sales team needed a go-to designer that could produce quality materials for their time-sensitive needs. This required me to completely overhaul all templates with fresh brand application, solely manage communication between several teams, and complete ongoing time-sensitive existing sales requests alongside other department initiatives.

This included, but was not limited to, SOW templates, time-sensitive proposal documents, case study creation +  editing + migration, presentation editing for pitch decks, and website/app prototyping.

THE APPROACH

THE APPROACH

Following my successful pitch to the executive team and members of the sales department encouraging their transition to Figma for sales materials, I began a multi-phase approach to reframe all sales templates (including pdf proposal documents, case study library materials, and pitch presentation decks) with updated branding and component-based design. This included consideration of all team members, brand updates, content management, and export logistics.

Following my design work, I provided the sales team with thorough documentation to assure continued application of the new templates with limited confusion and back-and-forth.

THE OUTCOME

THE OUTCOME

I successfully transitioned all Google Doc templates to InDesign and Figma with global brand styles and thorough documentation for ongoing maintenance. I exponentially reduced the production time of all sales materials and brought the visual branding up to date based on the company's updated brand standards, in which I had heavy involvement throughout this project.

Following my design work, I provided the sales team with thorough documentation to assure continued application of the new templates with limited confusion and back-and-forth.

This update allowed the sales team to have more content production and editing time. Throughout this initative, I never missed a deadline and increased assurance of efficiency across multiple internal and client-facing teams.
