THE NEED

THE NEED

Think Company needed a complete redesign of their website to bring the visuals up to brand standards and increase visitor engagement for their internal initiatives. This redesign would impact standard interaction with the resources available on the site as well as increase sales outreach, contact page interaction, and resource sharing.

THE APPROACH

THE APPROACH

Working with a small and changing team, this website initiative began with a redesign of the Careers page, followed by a complete overhaul of the rest of the site based on the Careers page design. I was heavily involved in all stages of this redesign, including research, ideation, design, development, and documentation. Specific considerations were made for accessibility, management, and brand integration. I acted as the only designer to see the project through from beginning to end.

My accomplishments included implementing global search on Thinkcompany.com to allow users to quickly find the information they were looking for and to provide our Marketing team with pathing information and data points, and designing expanded content offerings including capabilities, guides, insights reports, white papers, and gated content pages that allowed for new points of conversion and supported our marketing and lead generation efforts.
